Please take note:

1. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. WE ARE CARD ONLY.

2. All guests are REQUIRED to book and complete a consultation BEFORE a service appointment can be/ accepted.

3. Consultations and services are not to be booked together.

4. If you have received a notification that your appointment request has been DENIED it it typically because (a) you do not have a consultation on file (b) you may be a previous guest gone longer than 6 months- a current consultation is required (c) you may be a current guest booking under a new email address that does not have any service activity under the profile.

5. We can not guarantee same day service following consultations- that is determined at the end of your consultation.

6. We are a CARD ONLY salon.

7. 50% deposit is required at time of booking.

8. Cancelations must be done 24 hrs or more from appointment date and time to receive deposit refund.

9. Same day cancelations-deposit can be transferred to new appointment which must take place within 7 days . No Call/No show- full amount of the service is due. This amount is not applied to future appointments.

10. No children or additional guests allowed in the salon unless being serviced- we have a small waiting area. Your appointment will be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited.

    this does not apply to parents of children receiving service.

11. Masks are still required

12. 10-15 minute grace period. At 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and your deposit is forfeited.
